On May 2, the new cruise collection of the French fashion house Chanel was shown in Marseille. The other day, the brand's management announced the decision to repeat the show in Hong Kong. The exclusive screening will take place on November 5 in an urban setting.

"This event strengthens historical ties with the city and celebrates Chanel's attachment to Hong Kong, as well as the brightness and modernity of its culture," the French fashion house said in a statement.

Bruno Pavlovsky, President of Fashion and President of Chanel SAS, who recently arrived from China, noted that despite some difficulties, the demand for Chanel products among Chinese citizens continues to grow.

Last year, the brand already practiced holding exclusive shows specifically for Chinese residents. The show, held in Shengcheng, was a success and was the first major cultural event in mainland China since the pandemic.
