A new look at the "Fashion Industry"
We often hear domestic star fashion designers talk about the fact that there is no fashion industry in Russia. And at the same time, Russian factories complain about the inability to find a good mass-market-oriented designer in our country. Someone complains about the futility of efforts and closes his textile company. Others, on the contrary, not only expand existing production, but also lay new sewing workshops.
The international exhibition "Fashion Industry" is rightfully considered the leading platform for establishing dialogue, promoting and selling products of the light and textile industry in the North-West of Russia. Specialists from all areas of the industry take part in its work - designers, manufacturers, buyers, marketers, journalists and many others. "The fashion industry" is a successful combination of a designer look in the fashion style and an industrial approach to the production of clothing and textiles.
Leading Russian and foreign companies producing clothing, footwear, textiles, accessories, sewing equipment will gather in St. Petersburg from March 16 to 19. In the coming season, the organizers of the project propose to look at the business in a new way and rethink the approach to promoting the products of each company, regardless of sales volumes and geography of distribution. A comprehensive program has been formed for all exhibitors. The three participant packages include additional free services to promote the company both at the stage of preparation for the exhibition and during its holding.

The spring-summer 2017 models will be presented by the leading fashion manufacturers from Belarus – BLAUZ and «Achosa ».
The business program of the exhibition is an effective format of communication between industry specialists. The events included in it provide real assistance to entrepreneurs, representatives of state and public structures, educational institutions. Thus, the appeal to the relevant authorities of the Russian Federation and St. Petersburg, formulated during a specialized conference, allows making adjustments to state programs, improving measures aimed at improving the situation in the industry. Training seminars, master classes, trainings are designed to improve the professional level of all representatives of the fashion industry: manufacturers, buyers, designers and other specialists. In the new season, the organizers suggest focusing on discussing fashion trends and using them in production. Seminars on this topic will be held by Maya Kuznetsova and Marina Kornilova. Sales problems will be raised by Sergey Dubovik, Anna Bocharova and Daria Nuclear. Pavel Gurov will talk about the nuances of business promotion in social networks. Promotion through global networks using a new online platform will be presented by the general information partner of the exhibition, Fashion magazine.
The names of new talented designers will be opened by the International Competition "Generation NEXT". Traditionally, students and graduates of specialized educational institutions take part in it. The competition will be held in three directions: «Costume », «Textiles», «Graphic design ».
