Lyudmila Mikhailova-Commander– official member of the Paris Syndicate of Haute Couture, founder and head of the international consulting company Trend & Tendance. Having left Russia at the age of 20, she realized the dream of thousands of compatriots, having made her way from a model to the director of an international company.

After several years of working with leading Fashion houses such as Dior, Givenchy, Paco Rabbane, LyudmilaMikhailovadecided to become a link between Russia and France. Over the 10 years of the company's existence, Trend & Tendancehas organized dozens of fashion shows in France, Russia and Kazakhstan, including the first arrival in Russia of Fashion houses Thierry Mugler and Gaspard Yurkievich.

Having founded an international showroom in the heart of the world's fashion capital, Paris, Lyudmila Mikhailova continues to work in the modeling business, but already as a recognized expert, organizing filming and casting.

Adhering to its main motto «The more difficult the task, the more interesting it is!", Lyudmila organized the competition Elite Model Look Kazakhstan 2011.
 
Her portfolio also includes work with Galeries Lafayette,organizing a fashion show and coaching more than 400 participants in one day for the biggest fashion show in the history of mankind Le plus grande défilé du mode, which got into the "Guinness Book of Records".
