a) Coface (30 days) – only for insured customers.Coface Corporation for export credit insurance deferred payment (30 days), depending on the financial condition of the customer. BIG STARsends an application to Coface, a decision on which is made within 5 days. In case of refusal, see point «b».
b)100% prepayment of the order.

Transport:
The client pays for the delivery or sends his own transport. BIG STARis ready to help in finding a suitable transport company.

Return of goods:
BIG STARdoes not accept the goods for return, except for complaints about the quantity or quality of the goods.

Order order:

To order collections 2 times a year (spring summer, autumn winter), customers come to the showroom BIG STAR, located in the city of Kalish.

At the moment, the collections of the seasons "autumn–winter 2018» and "spring–summer 2019" are available for order. 

When the collections are released, all orders receive 100% confirmation of the assortment and size range. 

During the season, the additional order of the goods is possible from the assortment of the free warehouse.

Purchase from the assortment of the basic collection can be carried out at any time.
