Zenden buys Mascotte
The acquisition of the well-known Mascotte shoe brand will allow the ZENDEN group to increase its retail network by 36%, from 258 to 351 stores in Russia as a whole.
The transaction fully meets the company's external growth strategy to the scale of the largest shoe holding in Russia and demonstrates its readiness for further investments. By 2020, it plans to increase the scale of its business five times and achieve revenue of 100 billion rubles.
