The company «Tchaikovsky textiles» has released a new range of fabrics –lining fabrics with multifunctional protection. They complement the collection of upper fabrics that combine a complex of protective properties in one fabric.

In the new line there are 3 types of lining fabrics:

• «Reverse Cotton 130A», art. 10006a-m – cotton anti-electrostatic lining fabric (composition: 100% cotton, antistatic thread, density 130 g/m²);
• «FRall 160A», art. 10005a-m  cotton fire-resistant anti-electrostatic lining fabric (composition: 100% cotton, antistatic thread, density 160 g/m²);
•  «FRall 160», art. 10005  cotton fire-resistant lining fabric (composition: 100% cotton, density 160 g/m²).

The collection complements the direction of manufactured fabrics for workwear with these protective properties. Lining fabrics with antistatic properties are recommended for creating antistatic suits and should be used in combination with the main antistatic fabric. In this case, the fabric allows static electricity not to accumulate on any surface of the suit (both on the outside and on the inside), but to be instantly distributed along the antistatic threads of the fabric, excluding the cause of any spark that could lead to an explosion or fire. Thus, the use of lining fabrics with protection from static electricity makes it possible to protect employees as much as possible.

These fabrics fully comply with the requirements of the largest oil and gas corporations and the standards established for lining fabrics: GOST 12.4.236 "Special clothing for protection against low temperatures", GOST 12.4.303-2016 "Special clothing for protection against low temperatures", GOST 12.4.234"Special clothing for protection against thermal risks of the electric arc", as well as GOST"System of occupational safety standards. Means of protection against static electricity. General technical requirements". The requirements of this GOST apply to both the upper fabric and the lining fabric for anti-electrostatic special clothing.

Lining fabrics with flame-retardant properties from the new line have stable resistance to open flame. This effect persists for the entire service life of clothing and does not decrease after washing and dry cleaning. In the process of processing using FRall technology, water-insoluble polymers of the flame retardant preparation are formed on the fiber and at the same time strong chemical bonds are formed between the formed flame retardant polymer and the fiber. Fabrics are recommended as a lining for flame-retardant suits.
