Harsh synthetics

The company «Second» plans to build in the industrial park «Malaya Sosnovka» (Chelyabinsk region) by the end of 2020 and put into operation a software complexproduction of synthetic fiber. The corresponding agreement was reached by the company «Second» and the management company of the Industrial Innovation Park «Malaya Sosnovka». At the moment, an investment agreement and a land lease agreement have already been signed. According to the head of Malaya Sosnovka Leonid Kolesnikov, the new tenant will produce import-substituting products.

 

 

The area of the production complex will be 22,000 sq. m. 70 new jobs will be created. The volume of investments will be about 550 million rubles.

 

The new site of the industrial park will produce synthetic fiber, which, in turn, will be used for the production of nonwovens in the light and furniture industry, geosynthetic, filter materials, insulation materials and various fillers for clothing and upholstered furniture.

 

 

The production capacity of "Second" is planned to increase by 50%, which will allow the company to additionally process at least 1,500 tons of PET bottles per month in "Malaya Sosnovka". Successful implementation of the project will allow to reduce anthropogenic load and to improve the environmental situation in the region.

The company manufactures non-woven geosynthetic materials, waterproofing fabric "Teplonit", non-woven bases for floor and roofing coverings, volumetric thermally bonded fabric for sewing and furniture purposes, canvas batting, thermal insulation and other types of technical textiles.
