The Russian chain of popular shops for sports and recreation «Sportmaster» is preparing to open a new supermarket with an area of 1,300 square meters in Lobnya near Moscow. The transaction was conducted by the consulting company «Sign». The developer's investments in the project amounted to more than 30 million rubles. At the moment it will be the largest sporting goods store in the city.

Recall that «Sportmaster» has more than 400 of its own stores in 190 cities of Russia.

The supermarket will be located in a detached building with an area of 1,343 square meters at the intersection of Sheremetyevo Street and Krasnopolyansky Passage. This is a modern two-storey building on the first line with good transport accessibility and a large Parking lot in the adjacent territory. The new store will offer a full range of goods for sports and outdoor activities, exercise equipment, sports equipment, clothing and shoes. The lease agreement is concluded for 10 years. The supermarket is scheduled to open in March 2018.
