This Friday in the space of Levi's® Tailor Shop there will be a public talk by Max Goshko-Dankov «An artist in the Modern world: how not to be afraid to be non-standard.
During the public talk, Max will talk about how he decided to change jobs in large corporations to doing what he loves, how to earn an artist in the modern world and why an artist should implement urban projects and do collaborations with brands.Max has something to share: in the fall of 2016, he already collaborated with the brand Levi’s®. The joint collection of Levi’s® x Max Goshko-Dankov patches was inspired by the beauty of Russian decorative and applied art and the modern aesthetics of the legendary American brand. The key element of the design was the matryoshka doll, one of the most recognizable symbols of Russia around the world.
In 2017, the collaboration between the brand and the artist continues within the framework of Levi's Tailor Shop, in the space of which Max created an author's coloring book for the entire presentation wall. The artist will decorate it together with the guests.
"For the basis of the drawing, I took the famous views of Moscow and the silhouettes of our Levi’s® dolls. It turned out to be an interesting image of your favorite city - dynamic, modern, lively, non-standard. I want to make the world around us colorful and positive, "this time we will do it together with you," says Max Goshko-Dankov.
