Fashion industry insiders and business practices will share the secrets of success and innovative solutions on Moscow Fashion Industry Forum.

May 31 in the framework of The Moscow Entrepreneurship Week, which will be held in the capital on the initiative of the Moscow Government, will be the first Moscow Fashion Industry Forum. For the first time, a platform is being created for an open, innovative and productive dialogue between all representatives of the fashion business.

«Moscow Fashion Industry Forum – a completely new event for us related to the fashion industry. Moscow successfully competes in various areas with world capitals. We want to promote the development of the fashion industry in the capital, realizing the high potential of the fashion industry on the world stage. This forum will open up opportunities for organizing a comprehensive dialogue between representatives of the Moscow authorities and fashion entrepreneurs, which will have a positive impact on the development of the fashion business industry," said at a press conference Alexey Fursin, Head of the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.

The forum program will be opened by a panel discussion moderated by a fashion expert, TV presenter, founder of the LISOschool style school, Vladislav Lisovets. Unique speakers, fashion business insiders will gather on one stage, representing its structure from completely different sides. Among the participants of the discussion are designer Igor Gulyaev,founder and head of a successful Russian Fashion house of the same name, and Christophe Guillarm, a well-known French fashion designer; professionals successful in strategic aspects of business management in the fashion field: fashion director companies "Faberlik" Andrey Burmatikov, Director of fashion brand development Bosco di Ciliegi Bosco Konstantin Andrikopoulos, Deputy General Director of Black Star Wear Yan Murzich. The fashion industry cannot exist without fashionable gloss – the editor-in-chief of Numero Russia, Igor Andreev, and the editor-in-chief of "Buro 24/7", Ekaterina Darma, will talk about their view of the fashion industry in Moscow, and the questions training for business and strategic development will highlight Anna Lebsak-Kleimans, co-founder and CEO of Fashion Consulting Group.

The forum participants will work on thematic sections: design, production, retail, export, PR and promotion, education. Eminent designers (Igor Gulyaev, Yuri Pitenin (Saint Tokyo), Christophe Guillarmé) will share their experience with the audience; business cases relevant to designers, – representatives of the most successful retailers in Russia (Bosco di Ciliegi Bosco, Concept Group, KUPIVIP); key points and business decisions regarding the production of shoes, clothing and accessories and ways to export the manufactured product will be voiced by the directors of major brands. Professionals of the field will tell about the media, PR and brand promotion opportunities: Ekaterina Darma ("Buro 24/7"),Diana Pernet (founder of ASVOFF, world-famous fashion blogger and critic) and Natalie Cantell(fashion director of Who What Wear, a global media brand). Fashion education issues will be covered by representatives of the best educational institutions and schools that train practitioners of the fashion industry (Higher School of Economics, British Higher School of Design, Fashion Factory).  

Participants and guests The Moscow Fashion Industry Forum gets a unique opportunity to attend a master class by the famous Italian photographer Antonio Federico, who shoots projects for Armani, Valentino, Versace, Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Ferretti and other famous fashion brands and learn the secrets of fashion shooting, hidden from the eyes of ordinary people.

To stimulate effective interaction of designers, retailers, fashion community with innovations to increase turnover and increase profits within The Moscow Fashion Industry Forum is an exhibition of innovations. The exhibition will feature modern technological solutions in the field of Internet commerce and production: interactive and visual fitting rooms, clothing and accessories with built-in displays, digital 3D solutions for tailoring, creating sketches in virtual reality, automating the construction of patterns and others.

The forum will end with a performance by a well-known musical group, whose name the organizers keep secret.
