St. Petersburg outlet for 52 million euros

FASHION HOUSE Group invests 52 million euros in the opening of an outlet in St. Petersburg. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center St Petersburgis being built in the southern part of the city, on the Tallinn highway, a 15-minute drive from Pulkovo Airport and Gorelovo railway station. ​The new outlet with a leasable area of more than 20 thousand square meters will be able to serve more than 5 million customers and will offer them 120 stores of the largest world and Russian brands with discounts of 10-20-30% and more, up to 70%. The center is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2019.The leasable area of the first queue will exceed 10 thousand sq. m.

The project provides for a large restaurant area and convenient parking for 1050 cars.

Cafes and restaurants will work in different categories and are specially selected taking into account the gastronomic tastes of St. Petersburg residents. Coffee and snacks, delicacies, takeaway and traditional dishes will be available for visitors.
