Shopping complex Outlet Village Pulkovo (St. Petersburg) became the winner of the award in the field of commercial real estate Commercial Real Estate Awards 2017.

The results evaluating the results of the nominees' work for the previous year were summed up on April 27 during the award ceremony of the CRE Awards on the territory of the concert hall «Barvikha Luxury Village» in Moscow.

CRE Awards is an annual professional award established in 2003. The winners are determined on the basis of a closed vote of the jury, which includes experts and market specialists. Over the years of its existence in Russia, the CRE Awards has established itself as an important and prestigious award in the commercial real estate industry. In 2014, the first outlet of the company Hines already became the winner of the award. Then the title of the best was awarded to the Moscow shopping complex Outlet Village Belaya Dacha.

Outlet Village Pulkovo was opened in 2015. The shopping complex became the first outlet in St. Petersburg. Currently, there are more than 55 stores of world-famous brands operating on its territory, such as Baldinini, Calvin Klein, Coccinelle, Furla, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger and others.
