The New Year's stage of the charity event has ended in the stores of the «Children's World»«Participate!» Anyone could bring gifts and necessary things for children with a difficult fate and leave them in the playpens near the ticket offices.

Over the two months of November and December, about 1 million people in 200 cities of the country took part in the action. In total, over 1.5 million clothes, shoes, as well as New Year's gifts, toys, sweet sets, constructors, puzzles and the like were collected.

«The action found a greater response in the hearts of our customers: we collected and handed over to orphanages 2 times more things and gifts than in 2016. They were received by 250 thousand orphans, children with disabilities and children from large families from 650 social institutions across the country. You can also help children by sending a monetary donation via SMS to the short number 7715 with the word "Participation" and specifying the amount. All funds raised will go to help children with disabilities.

The necessary assistance to the children was transferred as part of another campaign "strong>"Charity instead of gifts". Employees of «Detsky Mir» for the fifth year in a row refuse to receive New Year's souvenirs from their partners in exchange for supporting the programs of the Charity Foundation«Detsky Mir». In 2017, 32 partners responded to the company's call. Not only money was transferred to the fund, but toys, clothes, car seats, household appliances, hygiene products, stationery, books, cosmetics, creative kits, bedding, dishes were also transferred to the fund.
