May 17, 2018 investment company O1 Properties and the company Kimberly-Clark – one of the world leaders in the production of personal and professional hygiene products, owning brands such as Huggies, Kleenex, Kotex, – announced the signing of a long-term lease agreement in the business center «Krugozor» in Moscow.

The new office of Kimberly-Clark will occupy 1,865 sq. m. and will be located on the sixth floor of the business center building. The move is scheduled for October 2018. The consultant of the transaction was the company JLL.
