At the Week of Russian Retail, the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies, identified by the operator of the Unified System of Digital Labeling and Traceability of goods Honest MARK, presented the National Catalog of goods. is the partner of the Center in the project>X5 Retail Group.

 

The launch of a test platform, through which manufacturers, importers and content service providers will be able to register new product items in the catalog, is planned in the near future. A similar cataloging and data management scheme is already supported by more than 800 X5 suppliers. The operator of the catalog is CRPT, which invests in its creation, forms the methodology and data structure. X5 Retail Group provides methodological support and assistance in the initial filling of the catalog. The start of commercial operation of the system is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.

According to Andrey Kirillov, the operating director of CRPT, Roskachestvo, ECR Russia and ACORT will act as expert platforms for interaction with consumers and retail chains.

 

National product Catalog An important part of the Honest SIGN system. This is the first solution that will contain information about all products on the market, the data will be unified, and all participants in the trade will have free and free access to them. At the same time, manufacturers, distributors and retailers will not bear the costs of data management. In addition, the catalog will be integrated with the federal information resources of Rosselkhoznadzor, Rosaccreditation, Roskachestvo and the Federal Tax Service. It will store permits and accompanying documentation necessary, for example, for the sale of medicines and animal products. The catalog also works with the state classifiers HS, OKPD 2, OKVED 2 and KTRU and the GS1 system.

 

 

The creation of a single catalog is another step on the path of digitalization and digitalization of the economy. At the moment, uniform rules, standards, technical conditions and effective models of the system functioning are being developed. Creation of the National Catalog One of the basic principles of the functioning model of the goods labeling system approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 791-r dated April 28, 2018 for the implementation of a Unified National System of digital Labeling and Traceability of goods.

 

The catalog will be constantly updated and expand its functionality, developing useful services for consumers and businesses.
