Marking of goods with special signs

According to Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service Timur Maksimov, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Federal Customs Service have agreed on a list of high-tech products that will be offered for marking with special signs.

"We considered a specific product list at the commission on combating illicit trafficking in industrial products. In general, everyone supported him. This list is the basis for consideration by the government. We have agreed with the Ministry of Industry, they are already sending".

A shoe labeling project is also expected to start in June of this year. The Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Denis Manturov, previously reported that labeling can be introduced in relation to outerwear, suits, blouses and shirts, bed linen and textiles for the dining room.

 

In 2016, the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) introduced mandatory marking of fur coats and fur products with RFID tags. In April, the Ministry of Industry and Trade prepared a list of goods for mandatory labeling. It includes a wide variety of goods: perfumes, household chemicals, tires, blouses and coats, bed linen, baby food, rice, pasta, tea, coffee, canned food, meat and fish products, beer, juices and mineral water, dairy products.
