The federal chain «L’Etoile» is preparing to open a flagship store with an area of 900 sq.m. m in Nizhnevartovsk. The store will be located in the new multifunctional center Golden Park, which is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019.

The lease agreement was signed by the developer of the project RIA-Invest Group with the consulting support of LCM Consulting. The decision to open a flagship store in IFC Golden Park is due to the high assessment by the company "L'Etoile" of the concept of the facility, which is focused on the expanded presence of international and Russian fashion operators.

The new flagship «L’Etoile» will become the largest perfume and cosmetics store not only in IFC Golden Park, but also in the city of Nizhnevartovsk as a whole. As noted in LCM Consulting, the opening of a store of this format will provide an expanded and unique assortment of perfumes, decorative cosmetics, care products for the city and contribute to an increase in visitor traffic to the complex.

The store «L’Etoile» will be located on the ground floor of a shopping and entertainment center in the neighborhood of well-known brands of international holdings Inditex and LPP.

Communication with many of them is at the final stage.
