Lamoda opens another 300 offline stores
Lamoda is one of the leaders in e-commerce in Russia. The company is actively developing and expanding beyond online trading.
Tatyana Andreeva, managing commercial director of Lamoda, shared the company’s impressive results at the Retail 2024 conference:
- 70 offline stores are already open.
- 830 own delivery points provide convenient delivery for customers.
- Sales of offline stores significantly exceed planned figures.
And this is only for the first quarter of 2024. Lamoda does not stop there - it plans to open another 300 stores and 330 delivery points. This will allow them to become one of the market leaders in reaching offline audiences, and this indicates a strengthening of their position in the market.
Lamoda is an example of a successful omnichannel retailer that skillfully combines online sales with a developed network of offline outlets.
