Moet Hennessy has changed its headquarters in Moscow
The Russian headquarters of the company Moet Hennessy, which unites such famous Houses as Hennessy, Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon, and other wine brands of Old and New sveta, moved to the cultural and business complex "Bolshevik" of the investment company O1 Properties. The consultant for the lease of a floor with an area of about 1,600 square meters was the company JLL; the architectural project was implemented by the bureau ABD architects. The opening of the office of the company Moet Hennessy, part of the group LVMH – the world leader in the luxury industry, – will take place in mid-October 2017.
Among the finishing materials of the new office, light shades of wood and white stone prevail; the floors in the meeting rooms and offices are lined with wooden engineering board, the partitions are transparent and made according to an individual sketch; these and other details are unusual for a standard office and favorably emphasize its individuality.
Cultural and business complex "Bolshevik" the renovation project of the territory of the confectionery factory of the same name on Leningradsky Prospekt. The complex of buildings was built at the turn of the XIX and XX centuries according to the project of the French architect Oscar Didio, three buildings are objects of cultural heritage. The project of renovation and adaptation of the territory for modern use was developed by the British architectural bureau John McAslan + Partners.

Thanks to the new office space, we have a multifunctional transformer zone with a unique wooden bar authored by the artist Nikolai Polissky, which allows you to actually hold an event for 200 guests, while not disrupting the work of the rest of the office.
