In 2018, the Chelyabinsk company "Unichel", which produces shoes, will be able to increase production compared to last year. The capacity utilization of the new range will amount to 2 million 150 thousand pairs, which is 9% more than the same period last year.

The general order for the production of such a volume of shoes was formed by buyers who came to the factory "Unichel" from the cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. The "Unichel" spring-summer 2019 collection includes 280 new styles (621 basic models and 1,189 models in colors).

The company notes an increase in demand for injection-molded shoes (made by direct casting, when the sole is not glued, but is attached to the leather workpiece). This is due to the ease and wear resistance of such models, as well as a more affordable price, which plays a key role in reducing the real incomes of the population and the level of purchasing power. "We strive in every way to provide the buyer with shoes made of genuine leather on a natural lining and at an affordable price," commented the factory.

The company notes not only an increase in production volumes, but also an increase in the serial number of models, for some of them by 2 times. For example, there is a leader model in the line of children's shoes: velcro half-boots made of genuine leather, presented in 4 colors. This model has received an order for 9 thousand pairs. It should be noted that, on average, the seriality has grown to 9 thousand pairs for individual models, unlike last year, where this figure was on average 3-4 thousand pairs per model. High serial numbers indicate correctly "caught" trends and a correct forecast of consumer preferences. It should also be noted that high seriality is a cost reduction, which will make the model affordable.
