At the end of 2018, at a meeting of the regional tripartite commission for the regulation of social and labor relations, an award ceremony was held for the winners and prize-winners of the competition "The best socially responsible Employer of the Year". The solemn event was held in the conference hall of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Chelyabinsk region. The awards were presented to the winners and prize-winners by the First Deputy Governor of the Chelyabinsk region Evgeny Redin.

According to the results of the competition in the section "Extra-budgetary sphere" in the nomination "Employment of disabled people" the winner was the company "Unichel-ZLATO" – one of the three factories of the shoe holding «Unichel». The victory in the competition once again confirms that"Unichel" is a socially responsible enterprise. Previously, the company was repeatedly awarded awards for providing social guarantees to employees.
