The results of the Russian fashion Festival "Ples on the Volga. Linen palette"
On July 14, the XIII Russian Fashion Festival "Ples on the Volga" ended in the Ivanovo region. Linen Palette» This year's event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Ivanovo-Voznesenskaya province and the 80th anniversary of the fashion master Vyacheslav Zaitsev.
As part of the festival, a presentation of the new brand was held at the Levitan Cultural CenterVyacheslav Zaitsev «Slava Zaitsev kids»: the fashion master presented about 50 new models of children's clothing. There was also a screening of the new collection of the folk artist for adults, which is shown in Russia for the first time.
During the event, the best competitive collections of fashion designers were shown. The Grand Prix of the festival of signs «Silver Phoenix» this year, according to the results of competitive shows, eight collections were awarded: «Time of Disali» and «Swallow» Irina Korneva (Ivanovo), "Flower Symphony" Arus Bagdasaryan (Vologda), «Girl in lavender» Irina Radysh (Donetsk People's Republic, Donetsk), "Razgulay" Vasilisa Mironova (Kosygin Russian State University of Moscow), "Russian Fairy Tale" by Elena Yelnikova (Ivanovo), "IvanovoStyle" Tatiana Klimenko and Elena Yelnikova (Ivanovo), «Podium – this is life» Olga Goldobina (Ivanovo).
The fashion forum also hostedThe Russian Festival of Children's Fashion Theaters, which this year brought together 26 creative teams from the Ivanovo, Yaroslavl, Vladimir regions, Moscow and the Republic of Belarus. About 40 collections of children's and teen clothing were presented in the categories «Ethnic», «My summer dress» and «Clothes of the future».
The Grand Prix of the festival was awarded to the fashion theater «Alice» Ivanovo City Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity. The team was awarded the Silver Phoenix badge, which is a symbol of the Russian Fashion Festival Ples on the Volga. Linen palette».
The festival was held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the National Academy of Fashion Industry, the Government of the Ivanovo region, the administration of the Privolzhsky Municipal District, the Council of the Plessky urban settlement.
Acting Governor of the Ivanovo region Stanislav Voskresensky, welcoming the participants of the festival, noted the merits of Vyacheslav Zaitsev in front of the country and the region, and promised that a museum named after him would be created in the Ivanovo region.
