Organizers of VI International Exhibition of Fabrics and Textile Materials «Intertkan-2019. Spring» reports that two months before the start of the event, all the places at the exposition have already been booked, and the exhibition program has been fully formed.

The exhibition «Intertank» is traditionally organized by The Russian Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurswith the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia,Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation andThe Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.This year the exhibition will be held on March 19 and 22 in Moscow, on the territory of the EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, and will open its doors to all industry professionals: representatives of the garment industry, fashion designers, designers, trade, entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses.

Domestic companies and brands are the main group of exhibitors and account for over 60% of the total number of participants. In total, about 230 stands of companies will be presented at the exposition of the spring exhibition, which will occupy an area of about 6,000 sq. m., where more than 300 brands of domestic and foreign companies will be demonstrated.The largest expositions will be brought by manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality textiles: «Mirtex», «PETROMIX», G«ALACTEX», EuroTex, RUSUR, «Besttex», «Fabrics Prestige», D&S Fashion.

This time, to simplify navigation through the exhibition, the organizers have designated the following sections of the exposition: accessories, haberdashery, digital printing on textiles and home textiles. The expositions of Italy, Turkey, China, the Republic of Sudan and Peru are presented separately.

According to the already established tradition, a business and training program will be presented within the framework of the exhibition together with the textile design studio Solstudio Textile Design.Textile Trend Forum. Visitors to  designers, fashion designers and industry professionals are waiting for a series of master classes, workshops and seminars dedicated to the trends of the seasons 2019 2020.  current designs, color solutions, software, printing technologies, etc.

One of the main innovations of the exhibition will beThe salon of digital printing on textiles TextilePrint, which will be held in the new open space format. Interactive exposition, operating printing equipment, demonstration of software and maintenance of the printing process on fabrics will allow visitors to the salon to get an idea of how much more accessible and versatile digital textile printing is becoming nowadays.

The business program was and remains an important component of the exhibition and a catalyst for the processes taking place in the industry. In the spring, it takes place within the framework of the Russian Textile and Light Industry Week. The program of the Week includes events of several exhibitions. Thus, on March 19–22, four leading industry exhibitions will be held simultaneously at the exposition site of the Expocenter.:

• International Exhibition of Fabrics and Textile Materials «Intertkan»,
• International Exhibition of equipment for the production and processing of textiles "INLEGMASH",
• International Exhibition of Footwear and Finished Leather Products «Shoes. The world of skin»,
• International Exhibition of Technical Textiles and Nonwovens TECHTEXTIL.

Such a scale attracts not only specialists from all regions of the Russian Federation, but also business representatives from foreign countries, including well-known international experts. For the convenience of visitors and professionals, the business program of the Light Industry Week is divided into blocks, among them the most important industry sections and directions: raw materials, production, fashion, trade, government support measures, technologies, innovative materials and much more. «Light Industry Week» annually attracts more than 15 thousand industry participants and is traditionally a viewing and a place for summarizing and setting tasks for the upcoming active business season at the federal and international level.
