Helsinki is preparing for the international fashion week Helsinki Fashion Week 2018. It will take place from July 20 to 25 in the town of Silo in a very popular place called Eco Village Eco Village. Everything here is built from cutting-edge materials and recyclables, using only green technologies.

Finnish fashion Week has already been noticed by fashion experts and the world media, appreciating not only the wonderful conditions for working there, nature, but also unexpectedly naughty collections of designers from all over Finland and Scandinavia. This year, 30 collections of designers will be shown, and from different countries of the world. Rejecting excessively bright colors in clothes, so characteristic, for example, for Italian couturiers, Finnish designers focus on modern materials and mischievous prints. 

And the very short Finnish summer of this piece of the Baltic suggests paying more attention to high-quality fabrics and the comfort of wearable clothes. According to the organizers of the Week, the displays of collections will be interspersed with discussions and discussions of new trends, as well as environmental problems, because in the fashion industry today there is clearly a focus on supporting green stocks. Even the make-up of models showing clothes will be done with cosmetics consisting of organic matter and natural pigments. Helsinki Fashionweek connects traditions and innovations, science and ancient crafts to achieve the perfect result.
