Futurum Education
The educational project Futurum Education starts on March 31 at the IEC "Fashion Museum". Leading teachers in the field of fashion education, current specialists and influencers will give lectures and conduct master classes.
Futurum Education – an educational project in the new creative space of the IEC «Fashion Museum». Polimoda, IED, BVSHD, HSE, Moscow Art Institute and other Russian and foreign universities: every hour throughout the day, teachers from 19 recognized fashion education institutions on the market will conduct classes from a real curriculum for training specialists in the field of fashion design. So, the creator of the telegram channel @frontfashion, founder of Front Fashion School, fashion columnist in Vogue Russia and Kommersant, Olga Mikhailovskaya will tell in her lecture who and why fashion journalism is needed in the era of digital media, instant transmission of information and the non-necessity of expert opinion, why professionals are needed when amateurs seem to do a great job, and what is still needed to turn an amateur into a professional. Founder of StyleHunter School, TV presenter Lina Dembikova will talk about how to overcome the blocks in self-development and move to a new level of creative development.
The educational initiative Futurum Education was supported by colleagues from the Italian University IED (Instituto Europeo di Design), according to whose educational standards successful training of students takes place in practice. University students undergo internships working with world-famous brands, moreover, the best students receive scholarships to open and develop their own business in the fashion industry.
