The Russian Council of Shopping Centers will hold a large program on reconception on June 15–16 in Moscow. During these two days, participants will be offered a Workshop in the shopping center "Metropolis" and a conference "Everything you wanted to know about the reconstruction of the shopping center".

During the conference, which will take place on June 15, speakers will present specific cases of successful examples of reception. The focus is on the following topics:

  • What is the reception of the shopping center and its main tasks – theory and practical implementation;
  • The role of reception in the life cycle of a shopping center;
  • The number of projects implemented on the Russian market: comparison in dynamics by year;
  • New opportunities for the reconstruction of shopping centers: interesting retail formats, tenant mix, etc.;
  • Reconstruction of retail facilities without closing - conceptual and technological aspects;
  • Why does a shopping center need rebranding and repositioning: goals, objectives, stages of work;
  • Can the reception and rebranding of the shopping center exist separately?

On the second day of the program, June 16, participants will be offered a unique opportunity to see the renovated Metropolis shopping center from the inside, the second stage of which this year won the main award in the field of retail real estate RCSC Awards.

Curator of the Working Workshop in the shopping center "Metropolis" – General Director of the company "Shop of Shops" Dmitry Burlov. Together with him, representatives of the top management of the shopping center will tell:

  • how the object was conceived;
  • what is the difference between the first stage and the second;
  • how the marketing strategy is built;
  • how tenant mix was selected and how work with tenants is structured;
  • what technical capacities the facility is designed for and much more.

The Workshop will be completed with a detailed tour of the shopping center, which will allow participants of the RSTC program to see the structure of the work from the inside.
