Alessandro Michele presented his debut collection as Creative director of Valentino
Alessandro Michele's debut show as creative director of Valentino took place at Paris Fashion Week. The new collection was called the “Pavilion of Madness”, and the whole show was held in the style of the cartoon “Alice through the Looking Glass".

Alessandro chose a suburb in the south of Paris as the location for the show and invited artist Alfredo Pirri, singer Rosemary Standley and the Birds On Wire collective to collaborate. Mikkele brought 85 models to the podium, each of which was dressed in a sophisticated look with accent details that can be viewed for several hours. The show itself turned out to be mesmerizing — the models slowly walked along the broken mirrored catwalk, passing by floor lamps hung with white fabric. Michele mixed doll dresses with business suits, seasoning them with ruffles, ruffles, guipure and lace. The collection itself came out very entourage, in the signature style of Alessandro Michele.
