On March 23, the official opening of the textile production «Adventum Technologies», part of the group of companies «Textime», took place in the city of Uzlovaya, Tula region.

This is a significant event for the outdoor market, since the transfer of production to Russia requires the creation of a full-fledged infrastructure, including the production of modern high-tech fabrics and materials.

«Adventum Technologies» specializes in the production of multilayer fabrics with lamination and coatings, as well as ultralight and elastic, heavy-duty, multi-layered, duplicated fleece, knitwear, mesh materials.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Tula region, experts and heads of clothing companies.

Dmitry Glushkov, President of the Textime Group, noted that the production was created jointly with long-time partners, Concordia Textiles NV (Belgium) and Carrington Workwear Ltd. (Great Britain) and allows you to localize the latest foreign technologies for the production of high-tech materials on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The lamination technology "Adventum Technologies" allows you to connect materials of different thickness and elasticity. The equipment is designed in such a way that even the most delicate materials retain their physical and mechanical properties and tension uniformity.

The company has developed an investment development plan for 2018-2020, as well as prepared an expansion of the production site to increase production capabilities in printing, dyeing and weaving.

The guests got acquainted with the production's own testing laboratory. Specialists of the company «Textime» and market participants regularly face problems with the equipment of testing laboratories in Russia. Modern equipment has been installed in the laboratory of Adventum Technologies, which allows testing materials for water resistance, assessing the vapor permeability of both pore and non-pore and combined membranes in accordance with international standards ASTM E96 and JIS L 1099, checking the fabric for shrinkage, abrasion and much more.
