Payment Terms:
a) Coface (30 days) – only for insured customers.Coface is an export credit insurance corporation that offers a deferred payment (30 days) based on the customer's financial data. BIG STAR sends a request for Coface regarding your company. Coface makes a decision within 5 days. If the decision is negative, the only way is prepayment.
b) 100% prepayment if there is no payment insurance, the only payment method is 100% prepayment of the order value before delivery.

Transport:
The client pays for the delivery or sends his own transport.

BIG STARis ready to help the client find a suitable transport company.

Return of goods:
BIG STARdoes not accept the return of goods ordered and purchased by the Customer, with the exception of goods for which a complaint has been made in terms of quantity or quality.

< strong>Orders:

Only pre-order for half a year ahead.

Customers come to the showroomBIG STAR in Berlin or Kalisz on the deadline set by the company– 2 times a year (spring–summer,autumn) and place an order. It usually takes 2–3 days.

At the moment, customers can place orders for the Fall–winter 2017 and spring–summer 2018 seasons. The customer can always order an additional quantity of goods during the season, but only from the assortment of a free warehouse.
