A store of the Korean brand LifeWork will open in Moscow
LifeWork is a brand for people who lead an active lifestyle. Their collections include sports and casual wear. The symbol of the brand is the French bulldog, which is the brand logo and is depicted on clothing and accessories. The brand has 169 stores in South Korea and opened six locations in China in 2023.
They plan to open the first store in the Russian Federation this spring on the second floor of the Aviapark shopping center in Moscow, with an area of 600 sq.m. The MVM group company became the official distributor of the South Korean brand in Russia, and the REC + retail group company was appointed as a consultant for the transaction.
In general, the LifeWork brand plans to open up to 24 stores in Russia and Kazakhstan within five years. This was reported by Natalia Kermedchieva, vice president for new brands of the Union of Shopping Centers and co-owner of REC + retail group, for TASS. According to Natalia, the brand belongs to the middle category of the segment and in the future can be considered a competitor to brands such as Fila, Puma and Vans. More detailed information will be known at the Mallpic exhibition in Sochi.
