The new off-price store of theFamilia chain will be located on the 2nd floor of the Mosaic shopping center and will occupy an area of 1,445 sq. m. The corresponding lease agreement was signed in July 2018 with the support ofLCM Consulting, acting as a broker of the shopping center. Familia,by tradition, will present a wide range of clothing, shoes, accessories, household goods and other goods from well-known world and Russian brands with a benefit of up to 85%.

The opening of the Familia store in the Mosaic shopping center will take place in September 2018.
