The finalists of the Green Carpet Talent Competition became participants of the boutique towns support program The Bicester Village Shopping Collection.

Assistance to aspiring designers is one of the main activities of boutique towns The Bicester Village Shopping Collection. As an exclusive partner of , The Bicester Village Shopping Collection awarded 5 finalists of the Green Carpet Talent Competition and gave them the opportunity to study under the Young designers support program.

Green Carpet Talent Competition is called Oscar of Modern Fashion.The award was established by the National Chamber of Fashion of Italy and the consulting agency Eco-Age as part of an initiative to develop and promote an eco-friendly approach in the fashion industry. Every year the jury selects the most talented and promising designers who create their collections from recycled materials.

Chain of boutique towns The Bicester Village Shopping Collection organizes training programs for the finalists of the Green Carpet Talent Competition for the second year in a row. This year, the mentoring program to support young designers will be attended by Wrad (Silvia Giovanardi), Teatum Jones (Catherine Titum and Rob Jones), Behno (Shivam Pinjaya), David Grilloand Gilberto Calzolar. The program involves 12 months of work with leading experts of Value Retail in Europe and China. During the training, participants will gain unique experience in fashion, retail, management, brand creation, tourism, marketing and distribution.

The Bicester Village Shopping Collection offers more than 1,300 boutiques of leading fashion and lifestyle brands with discounts of up to 60% of the recommended retail price all year round.Support for aspiring talents is an integral part of the history of boutique towns. They regularly host events with the participation of young designers and artists, pop-up boutiques with their works are opened. The works of five finalists of The Green Carpet Talent Competition will be presented at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection in 2019.

The winner of the Green Carpet Fashion Awards will receive the award "Best Aspiring Designer" and the opportunity to participate in Milan Fashion Week in 2019. The nomination was created in honor of the memory of Franca Sozzani, editor-in-chief of Vogue Italy.

The final of the competition will take place on September 23 at the world-famous La Scala Theater (Milan). The jury consists of the editor-in-chief of British Vogue Edward Enninful, English singer and composer Ellie Golding,Chinese actor and China's first ambassador at London Fashion Week Hu Bing.
