The Smolensk region summed up the results of the rating competition among the production organizations of the region based on the results of their activities in 2016. According to the results of the rating competition in the Smolensk region TD "World of Textiles" took first place in the group of manufacturers of light industry goods, reportsRIA «Fashion».

58 enterprises took part in the competition. In the group of the organization of light industry , the places were distributed as follows:

1st place – TD «World of textiles», Smolensk;

2nd place – «Pochinkovskaya garment factory», Pochinok;

3rd place – «Safonovskaya garment factory "Eagle"», Safonovo.

In the group of organizations for the production of consumer goods, the second place was taken by the company "Rosigrushka" from Roslavl.

The winners will be awarded in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The competition has been held in the region since 2011. The winners are determined based on the calculation of ratings by the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Smolensk Region.

TD «World of Textiles» is part of the «Fenice» group. The group also includes the Smolensk Hosiery Factory, the Smolensky trading house, the Kaprizulya and Nina store chains.
