The Sixth International Conference for technology entrepreneurs Startup Village has ended in the Innovation Center «Skolkovo.

The largest startup conference in Russia and CIS countries in two days gathered about 15,000 participants from more than 80 countries, about 1,000 investors and over 2 600 companies creating innovative products in various fields from information technology to biomedicine.The event was covered by about 400 media representatives from 15 countries.

The business program Startup Village 2018 included 150 events. The first day of the conference was devoted to discussing current trends and digitalization of the economy. Round tables and discussions were held on the industrial Internet, technologies related to artificial intelligence and process management.

At the panel discussions of the second day of Startup Village, foreign and Russian experts and representatives of large companies shared their experience in implementing innovations.
 
Within the framework of Startup Village, 28 agreements were signed, the total amount of announced investments in which exceeded 3.5 billion rubles:

• "Skoltech" has concluded cooperation agreements with Philips, Gazpromneft, RuSat;
• The Ministry of Science, Technology and Industrial Innovation of the Argentine Republic and the Skolkovo Foundation signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of science and new technologies;
• "Russian Helicopters" and Russian entrepreneur Sergey Solonin have invested more than 500 million rubles in "Skolkovo" Venture investments
• «Tinkoff Bank» has concluded agreements with three Skolkovo companies  «Oz Forenzika», «Immersion Uk» and «CASHOFF»
• The National Media Group has become the first industrial partner of the Skolkovo Foundation in the field of media and will develop solutions in the field of big data processing, computer network development, artificial intelligence;
• "ODAS Skolkovo" has concluded cooperation agreements in the field of the "smart city" concept with the companies"Panasonic" and MTS;
The S7 Group of Companies has signed an agreement with the Skolkovo Foundation on the construction of a research and development center worth 1 billion rubles.

The forum also hosted a presentation of the new operator Easy4. The software and hardware complex for the provision of communication services, which has no analogues in the world, is located in the Technopark of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. The total investment in the project will amount to 900 million rubles.

The exhibition of innovative ideas Startup Bazaar was held at the conference site, more than 200 technology companies became its participants. The developers of a robot lawyer, high-tech prostheses, a unique gas turbine engine, a 3D printer for printing parts made of plastic reinforced with continuous fibers, smart security systems and Industrial Internet platforms, services for data analysis and remote consultations in medicine presented their projects and prototypes.

At the award ceremony, the company "GemaCor Labs" received the main prize of 5 million rubles for the development of an innovative product "Thrombodynamics".
