Roberto Cavalli is looking for co-owners
Renzo Rosso, founder of the fashion brand Diesel, announced that he is interested in buying a share of the Italian brand Roberto Cavalli through his company OTB. OTB – one of the ten major market players who have shown interest in buying Roberto Cavalli.
The brand Roberto Cavalli is currently controlled by the private investment company Clessidra, which owns 90% of the shares. Earlier it was reported that Clessidra hired Rothschild & Co (a financial holding company controlled by the French and English branches of the Rothschild family) to find new minority shareholders for Roberto Cavalli, which, in turn, it should provide an infusion of additional financial resources and further development of the brand. For the current year, the brand Roberto Cavalli brought about 152 million euros ($172 million) in revenue.
