The first LC Waikiki store in Rostov-on-Don

The first store of the Turkish fashion brand for the whole family LC Waikiki will appear in Rostov-on-Don. The store with an area of more than 1 thousand square meters will open in the gallery "Park" in August. The broker of the transaction was the company JLL, an exclusive consultant on marketing and leasing of the shopping center.

The Gallery «Park» with a leasable area of 22.9 thousand square meters is located in the center of a large microdistrict – Northern residential area. The coverage area of the facility is more than 160 thousand people. The gallery started its work last summer and is a unique object for Rostov-on-Don, which combines a professional concept, architectural solutions that echo the urban landscape, and a modern approach to the design of premises. The anchor operators of the facility are a grocery supermarket «Crossroads», a home appliance and electronics store «M.Video », hypermarket of children's goods «Daughters-Sons », as well as a 9-hall cinema «Kinopolis ». In addition, the Park has an entertainment center, as well as a food court with such federal brands as McDonald's, Lebanon House, Tashir Pizza and Mybox. The pool of fashion operators, in addition to LC Waikiki, consists of such brands of clothing, shoes and accessories as Zolla, Zenden and Kari, and in April they will be joined by brands of the Polish network LPP – Cropp and Sinsay.
