New stores of the Noventa di Piave outlet in Venice

McArthurGlen announces the opening of new stores and the continuation of the expansion of the designer outlet Noventa di Piave. The implementation of the project worth 50 million euros will increase the total area of rental space by 6 thousand square meters, which will house 11 new stores of world luxury brands.

The completion of the fourth stage of the complex in the vicinity of Venice is scheduled for spring 2017. And already today, new boutiques of leading fashion brands have opened in the outlet: Cesare Paciotti, Isaia, Casadei, La Martina, Le Silla, as well as manufacturers of sports and casual clothing The North Face and Columbia. They joined the existing boutiques of Fendi, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo and many others.

According to the latest research by McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, 53% of visitors to the Noventa di Piave outlet were men, 47% were women. The age of the majority of visitors (52% of guests) is from 30 to 49 years, 24% of buyers are young people aged 19 to 29 years. The study also showed that in 2016, shoppers returned to the mall on average seven times a year, and the average time spent in the outlet was about three hours, during which guests usually visited about nine stores.

In addition to shopping enthusiasts from the surrounding regions, a significant proportion of the guests of the McArthurGlen Noventa di Piave outlet are travelers from other cities and countries. This is facilitated by strategic partnership agreements concluded with a number of national and international tourism operators.

In 2016, the main visitors from countries outside the European Union were citizens of China, Russia, South Korea, Ukraine and Serbia. In addition, there was a positive trend in the influx of buyers from Southeast Asian countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore. The main flow of foreign tourists is provided by the outlet's bus service to Venice.
