Heat-regulating packages Holofiber A1 with Thermal Control technology are designed for the production of modern clothing in the fashion, trending, kids and sport segments. This is a joint project of JSC «A. Miller» and Nonwovens Factories «Thermopol-Moscow».

The main feature of this insulation package is the ability to thermoregulate. The technology is based on the fact that the insulation package reacts to changes in body temperature by absorbing excess heat. This ability is given to the package by its design and the fibers used. When the temperature decreases, the accumulated heat is compensated. This significantly reduces the excess moisture and creates an external barrier from cold air and wind. The new technology ensures optimal body temperature, preventing overheating or hypothermia.

The regulator of the microclimate in the space under the clothes is a unique combination of antistatic materials: Thermal tape A1®, insulation Holofiber® A1® and membrane A1®, having the properties of vapor permeability and air permeability. The materials absorb moisture from the surface of the body and transport it outside, ensuring hygiene, relief of unpleasant odors, environmental friendliness of the interior space due to antibacterial layers. The layers connected by a thread stitch create heat-insulating air layers that increase the heat-saving properties of the new insulation design. The technology allows you to provide a person with a comfortable body temperature in the cold and in a warm room.

The extreme simplicity of the choice of insulation for clothing manufacturers is one of the main features of the technology of the joint project. Outerwear made with the use of insulation bags belongs to the category of smart clothes ("smart clothes"), and the different colors of the inner fabric of the package make it possible to use the finished material as a replacement for the traditional lining with any kind of thread stitch pattern to choose from.

According to the results of tests for total thermal resistance and breathability, all insulation packages are offered to buyers with different purposes, which are divided into temperature groups indicating the recommended insulation density: from -5 C to -20 C. The manufacturer remains to decide on the choice of the fabric of the upper of clothing for the manufacture of an individual insulation package Holofiber A1 ® in accordance with design preferences, including thickness: thin or lush.

The joint project allows clothing manufacturers not to acquire individual materials, but to get a ready-made product for their production, starting from active Thermal tape A1, insulation Holofiber A1, multilayer non-woven membrane A1®, finishing with a quilted cloth connected by a thread stitch, with the application of computer embroidery. At the service of manufacturers is a design development patterns, an experimental sewing workshop capable of producing 40 000 units per month of ready-made women's and men's clothing.
