Learning how to manage an assortment

3–July 7 Fashion Consulting Group conducts a five-day training program «Fashion Assortment management».

 

Galina Kravchenko, author and presenter of the course, Director of the Assortment Department and head of the FCG/FASHIONSNOOPS representative office, will reveal the key concepts and tools for managing the FASHION assortment in 5 days.

 

Listeners will learn what the assortment structure is and how to balance it, how to build an assortment strategy and correlate it with a marketing plan, how to correctly integrate a seasonal trend into a collection, identify key groups in the assortment and demonstrate brand competencies. 

 

 

Course program:

Day 1. The assortment structure is the basis of the assortment matrix and the principles of assortment management of a fashion company.

Day 2. The methodology for calculating the assortment matrix and planning the inventory for the season.

Day 3. Algorithm for building effective buying (procurement): processes and techniques.

Day 4. Minimization of leftovers and sales promotion for clothing, footwear and accessories stores.

Day 5. Commercial trends for the SS 18 season. Themes to choose from: women's clothing, men's clothing, women's shoes.

Only applied knowledge.
