Latex without duties
Eurasian Economic Commission By the decision of 20.11.2018 No. 189 temporarily established a zero rate of customs duty on the import into Russia latex for the production of carpets. According to this decision, latex for the production of carpets is allocated to a separate position in the Customs Code of the EAEU.
The zero rate is set for a period of three years.The decision will take effect on December 23, 2018 of the year.
The current import duty rate on latex for carpets is 5%.
