Italian shoe brands in Zenden

The group of companies Zenden, one of the largest shoe retailers in the Russian market, announced the launch of two Italian brands Carrera and Sergio Tacchini on the Russian market. The corners of new brands for the Russian market will be launched inside their own retail network. Several corners are already open, and most of the assortment in them is represented by men's shoes.

 

 

According to Andrey Pavlov, president of Zenden, by September the company plans to open corners of Italian brands in 25 stores of the retail chain. In winter, their number will increase to 150. In the future, Zenden intends to obtain exclusive rights to sell Sergio Taccini and Carrera in Russia.

 

 

The decision of the company's management to bet on the segment of sports shoes is partly due to the fact that recently there has been a shift in demand in the market towards more comfortable shoes made in a sporty style.

 

 

The Zenden Group is the second largest shoe seller in Russia by revenue, having a network of 341 stores under the brands Zenden, Tomas Munz and Mascotte. By the end of 2017, the company increased its revenue by 30.1%, to 23 billion rubles. The company is confident that the expansion of the range due to new brands will attract new customers.
