The federal chain of off-price stores Familia entered the top 100 best employers according to the company Head Hunter and took 71st place in the rating. Familia has significantly improved its performance compared to 2016 and has risen in the annual ranking of employers by 32 points, taking 7th place in the category of "Retail, restaurant and entertainment chains, hotels". These indicators ensured the round-the-clock involvement of all network personnel in the development of the company, the loyalty of the management, the increase of the team by opening new outlets and expanding the areas of presence.

Familia a dynamically developing company and a stable employer, constantly improving working conditions for its employees. So, last year the competitive program was significantly expanded, according to its terms, compensation is paid to the employee depending on the achievement of the KPI. The speed of decision-making both within the company and at the stage of working with candidates, an individual approach focused on the applicant - these moments also played an important role. «Our business largely depends on the human factor. The result is influenced by the professionalism, energy and attitude of each employee," emphasized Konstantin Nadezhdin, CEO of Familia.

At the moment, the number of employees of Familia, including regions, is about 4,300 people. The size of the staff is due to the high growth rates of the company and the expansion of its presence in the regions.

The rating of employers in Russia, according to the company Head Hunter , belongs to the largest in terms of coverage of participating companies. In total, more than 200 employers took part in the competition. Every year, the rating is checked for the correctness of the methodology and the calculation of results. The Rating results are based on 3 indicators: the evaluation of applicants, the opinions of employees working in the company, and an expert assessment of the effectiveness of the company's departments responsible for working with personnel.
