CPM comes under the full management of Messe Dusseldorf Moscow LLC
During the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Messe Duesseldorf GmbH dated 19.05.2017, the company Igedo, being a subsidiary of Messe Duesseldorf GmbH, received approval for The transfer on September 30, 2017 of the exhibition CPM of the company Messe Duesseldorf Moscow, which is a Russian subsidiary of Messe Duesseldorf GmbH.
For the first time CPM was held in 2003 jointly by Igedo, Messe Dusseldorf GmbH and LLC "Messe Duesseldorf Moscow". Since then, it has become the most important and largest fashion exhibition in Eastern Europe and has confirmed its leading position during the economic crisis.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to sell the entire stake of Igedo, owned by Messe Dusseldorf GmbH, to the second shareholder of Philip Kronen.
