The task of young designers is to capture the new state of fashion of the future. The international competition "Admiralty Needle" gives such an opportunity and is always at the forefront of cutting-edge ideas and concepts.

The designer should not be afraid of unexpected combinations and new proportions, he should be ready to see the unusual in the familiar, to combine the incongruous.Carefully preserving cultural traditions, to be able to catch cardinal changes in fashion trends and coloristic trends. A new generation designer can use the widest range of tools in their products:extraordinary varnished and glossy surfaces of materials, luminous fabrics, various prints. Synthetic colors, melting sorbet, molten mercury, mica effect, fluid textures, humidity and fog conditions - these are the new trends of tomorrow!

When creating collections for the new season of the competition "Admiralty Needle" the participants had to use their rich imaginationand mix three key concepts: "Variability", «Transparency», «Shine». As a result , the prizes were distributed as follows:

• I place in the competition "Shoes and accessories" under the motto "Personal belongings" Yana Ralovets, Ekaterina Lazareva, collection «Networks» (St. Petersburg,Russia);
• I place in the competition "Children's clothing" Ekaterina Shumilina, Ekaterina Demina, Voyage collection (Moscow, Russia);
• I place in the competition "Mechobum" Alina Gritsaeva, collection "Thank you for your attention" (St. Petersburg, Russia);
• I place in the Pret-A- Porter Sport de style competition Alina Ivanova, KENDO collection (Saint Petersburg, Russia);
• First place in the Pret-A- Porter De Luxe competition Daria Pashkova, Forever collection (St. Petersburg, Russia);
• I place in the Pret-A- Porter Diffusion competition – Du Nan, Depression collection (China);
• I place in the Avant-garde competition Wu Dan, Return to prosperity collection (China).

"Admiralty Needle" is primarily a creative platform where unique designers and cutting-edge projects are born. This is a forum of advanced technologies, able to foresee the future of design for several seasons ahead.This is a community of like-minded people, thanks to which a powerful synergetic acceleration of the generation of Design NEXT is born!
