Russian Textile and Light Industry Week
From March 20 to March 23, 2018, the main annual industry congress and exhibition event "Russian Textile and Light Industry Week", organized by , will be held in Moscow (Expocentre Fairgrounds).The Russian Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurs (SOYUZLEGPROM) and JSC Expocentre with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The partner of the event is Messe Frankfurt.
Within the framework of the "Week", presented this year in six pavilions on an exhibition area of 20,000 sq. m, 4 leading specialized exhibitions will be held simultaneously:
- «Inlegmash» (textile production and processing equipment);
- «Techtextil Russia» (fiber-based materials, raw materials, products);
- «Intertank 2018. Spring» (fabrics and textile materials, accessories);
- «intertex» (home and interior textiles).
All events will take place simultaneously at the Expocentre's exhibition grounds with the participation of representatives of leading Russian and foreign textile and light industry companies, politicians, public figures and journalists (1,500 exhibitors, 20,000 visitors).
The business program "Russian Textile and Light Industry Week" this year will involve 10 conference venues for 2,000 forum participants from 25 countries, where more than 200 world-class speakers, market professionals will speak.
Part of the business program will be The V International Forum of Light Industry «Light Industry Forum 2018», within which topical issues, challenges and prospects of the industry as a whole and its most dynamically developing segments will be discussed at the highest state level. The III International Scientific and Practical Symposium on Technical Textiles and Nonwovens and the annual international conference "Logistics of Textile and light Industry" Fashionlog 2018" will also take place , a series of conferences, round tables, workshops, professional workshopsclasses and consultations of leading industry specialists, etc.
Within the framework of the business section, the III Trade and Procurement Session of manufacturers and retail chains will be held for industry participants and retail representatives..
«Russian Textile and Light Industry Week 2018» will be held simultaneously with «Fashion Week in Moscow. Made in Russia» (March 20– 25, 2018, Moscow, Gostiny Dvor) and will combine a rich business program and shows of leading Russian and foreign designers at the venues of the Expocentre and Gostiny Dvor. And the culmination of the event will be the holding on March 23 in a solemn atmosphere of the XV anniversary Ceremony of the National Industry Award "Golden Spindle 2017".
