5 basic steps for working with fashion assortment

Many aspiring entrepreneurs in the fashion industry, designers, founders of niche brands and simply influencers who decided to monetize their social networks by selling fashion products under their own brand to loyal subscribers, fans, may have good sales at first. However, over time, the business begins to fade, and they can't figure out what the reason is. In fact, if you know the basics of running a fashion business, it will be clear that the key to good sales is a competently calculated and built in accordance with the needs of its target audience and the brand's DNA assortment. Unfortunately, assortment policy often turns out to be a problematic topic for manufacturing factories that sell wholesale, and even for large retailers with offline and online stores.
