"Daydreams"

The spring-summer collection "Waking Dreams" turned out to be tender and touching, with direct references to children's trembling feelings about exciting adventures and unexplored countries that we experienced in our dreams. The collection contains many quotes from past eras: translucent light dresses made of cotton fabrics with an inflated waistline, sundresses and tops complemented with vintage lace, dresses with festoons, blouses and shirts made of airy fabrics, printed with a small flower and complemented with frills - are a logical development of the theme of historical romanticism, so close to the designer's creativity.

Vadim Merlis does not change the purity of his lines and, following the rule that beauty lies in the details, pays great attention to the decoration: numerous frills and flounces, patch pockets and trim imitating a bird's feather. A ragged, raw edge has no end and gives the effect of infinity, like fantasies that get rid of earthly frames and allow you to dissolve into thoughts and dreams.

Using the feeling of flight and the wing as an essential attribute of soaring as a source of inspiration, the designer did not make it the main focus of the collection at all, but only delicately added it in the form of embroidery on men's suits-denim pajamas, sweatshirts, bags, backpacks and in the form of jewelry that complemented the images of models. The collection is created for creative people who are not afraid to be different. No aggression and deliberate sexuality, everything is calm and gentle, and things seem to be alive, they breathe and feel, in such clothes you stop being a machine, nature soars.
