"Sharkan knitwear": 80 years of history

The company "Sharkan knitwear" has a very rich and rich history, which began back in 1935. Then the artel "Freedom" was registered in the village of Sharkan, the first non-artisanal, but weaving industrial enterprise in the region. Three years later, on November 4, 1938, at the initiative of the presidium of the Sharkansky District Executive Committee, it was transformed into the Komsomolets artel, where the production of technical fabrics began. This date, November 4, is the official birthday of the factory, which 80 years later became one of the most successful Russian projects for the production of elegant and fashionable knitwear.

Today CJSC "Sharkan knitwear" is a regional leader in the efficiency and dynamics of production development. The factory's products are purchased all over Russia, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, as well as in neighboring countries, including Kazakhstan and Estonia.

The Sharkan Knitting Factory celebrates its serious anniversary full of strength and confidence in the future. New models are created here every day, and up to 8–10 full-fledged collections are released per year. The factory's products under the brand OLSARRI are shown at exhibitions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The master of domestic fashion Vyacheslav Zaitsev, another hero of the day this year, noted the amazing skill of Sharkan seamstresses with his own award, and the head of the Udmurt Republic took part in the celebration of the anniversary of the company Alexander Brechalov.

80 years of history, 80 partner regions, and this is not the limit, according to the Sharkan Knitting Factory.
