A 20x10cm heating element is built into the back of the coat. It is soft, flexible, made of eco-friendly (carbon fiber) materials and completely safe. The heating element is powered by a rechargeable battery. The battery is charged from the 220 volt mains via the power supply that comes with the kit. The battery is located in the inner pocket of the coat and weighs 86 grams – it is no more than a regular mobile phone. The heating element and the membrane are so thin that the coat does not visually differ from the usual one. The heating element can be switched off/on depending on the weather.
