Our company works only with wholesale buyers: by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; by individuals (organizers of joint purchases). For individuals, the working conditions are the same as for legal entities (see below), i.e. the sale is carried out only in bulk, taking into account the minimum purchase amount.
Minimum order amount:
- For pickup and cash payment:
- 15,000 rubles. – for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
- 5,000 rubles. for individuals.
- Upon delivery to the transport company and in Moscow:
- 15,000 rubles. for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs;
- 10,000 rubles. for individuals.
The goods are released only in packages – size ranges from 2 to 7 units of the same article, the same color.
We will provide EAC certificates for all products.
The selection of goods, payment and shipment are made in one place. The form of payment (cash or non-cash payment) and the delivery time are negotiated individually with the manager. Goods paid by bank transfer are shipped upon receipt of funds to the company's account.
Reservation period and payment for the goods – no more than 3 days. Shipment with any form of payment is carried out only if the buyer has a power of attorney to receive goods and materials or a seal.
The list of documents required for the conclusion of the Contract:
- For LLC, JSC, CJSC:
- A copy of the certificate of registration (certified by the seal of the organization);
- A copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority (certified by the seal of the organization);
- Extract from the Charter (photocopy of pages) the first and the page with definitions of the powers of the head;
- Client's card;
- Order on appointment of the General Director;
- A power of attorney from the organization (upon receipt of the goods by an employee of the buyer organization);
- For an individual entrepreneur:
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority (copy, stamped);
- A copy of the Passport (the first page and the page with the registration)
Delivery of the goods is carried out free of charge to transport companies located in the southern administrative district of Moscow, subject to an order from the minimum specified amount. We have been successfully cooperating with the following transport companies for many years: Autotrading; Zheldorexpedition; WeldorAlance; Business lines; PEC; Baikal-Service (Southern warehouse); Energy; Vera 1.You can also choose another transport company that is profitable for you, the terms of delivery to which are discussed with the manager. For buyers from the Republic of Belarus, we deliver the goods free of charge to the markets of Sadovod, Lublino, etc.
The pickup service of the order can be used for free. On the day of arrival, you should first contact the manager by phone to record the number of the car or the name of the visitor to issue a pass.
Each buyer can pay for the goods in any convenient way, both by bnon-cash settlement (by transferring funds to the company's checking account) and in cash (through the company's cash desk). After funds are credited to the settlement account or to the cashier, the order is transferred for delivery on the same day. Settlement and accompanying documents are provided together with the goods.
